We are delighted to announce the appointment of Vanessa King to the newly-created role of IP Operations Director. She arrives with over 20 years of IP experience that has taken her from Sydney to London, delivering high quality service to her firms’ clients.
Vanessa has worked in the operational side of IP since 2011. Prior to this she trained as a patent attorney in Australia and then qualified as a European patent attorney in London. As an IP Systems Analyst, her many responsibilities included Inprotech Administrator, Business Process Review co-ordinator, Renewals co-ordinator and the IP Operation Team’s Program of Works co-ordinator.
She later became the Head of IP Support for a team of 30 records administrators at another firm and was also the Inprotech European User Group (IEUG) Chair for 5 years. Following this, she was a Solutions Consultant at Clarivate (previously CPA Global) conducting IP operational reviews for IP firms.
At Reddie & Grose, Vanessa is tasked with driving operational excellence through People, Process and Technology initiatives that deliver the highest quality service to clients and enhance the day-to-day experience of her colleagues.
