We were very pleased to read our recent review in the World Trademark Review’s directory of leading firms and practitioners. They say:
“Reddie & Grose performs flawlessly when it comes to obtaining trademarks and developing strategies for the maintenance and development of portfolios. Although it stops short of issuing litigation proceedings, it is also accomplished at resolving disputes too. In recognition of the significant investment the firm has made in its trademark practice in recent years, it receives increased coverage in this year’s WTR 1000 – Alice Findlay and Tom Sharman both make their debut in the listings, joining familiar face Helen Wakerley. In addition to being an excellent trademark practitioner, Findlay – who was appointed chair of the partnership in April 2018 – makes sure the organisation’s technical systems work with the greatest efficiency for clients and provides top-notch training to staff. Like Findlay – and Wakerley for that matter – Sharman is a trademark and patent attorney: “This dual-qualification is rare among younger partners but can be very beneficial – if you get Tom in the room, he can advise on pretty much everything in intellectual property.” Sharman is also developing a reputation as a deeply knowledgeable designs expert. Charismatic and energetic, Wakerley handles complex oppositions and disputes with finesse. Patrons love her proactivity and creative approach.”
Congratulations Alice, Helen and Tom!
