Alex is a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney who advises clients on building and defending their intellectual property portfolios worldwide. He has experience managing global trade mark and design filings, supporting start-ups with their first registrations, and conducting detailed legal research to guide strategy.
His practice spans contentious and non-contentious matters, including preparing legal arguments, drafting witness statements, negotiating settlements, and handling actions before the Company Name Tribunal. Alex frequently works with automotive companies, sporting organisations, and other international businesses on multi-jurisdictional portfolio management and enforcement.
