Catherine Nursaw advises on building global trade mark portfolios, preparing and filing oppositions and negotiating settlements.
Catherine joined Reddie & Grose in 2008. She passed the qualifying examinations to become a Registered Trade Mark Attorney in 1993. She has substantial experience in the full range of trade mark work in both England and New Zealand, handling individual cases for small local clients and worldwide portfolios for huge multinationals.
Her practice includes advising on the availability of marks and the potential impact of third party marks, building global portfolios, preparing and filing oppositions and negotiating settlements, consents and co-existence arrangements.
Catherine’s interests include theatre and travel. She has recently taken up running, very slowly and to her own considerable surprise.
