Daniel Sullivan joined Reddie & Grose in 2018, previously qualifying and practising at another leading patent and trade mark firm in London.
Daniel has extensive experience in all aspects of trade mark prosecution, including selecting, registering and protecting brands worldwide. He enjoys working with clients of all sizes, from multi-nationals through to SMEs and start-ups, helping them build and maintain strong brand portfolios.
Although Daniel’s practice includes all aspects of trade mark work, he has a particular focus on contentious matters, successfully contesting numerous oppositions and cancellation actions before the UKIPO. Daniel works closely with his clients in relation to enforcement of their trade mark rights, and has considerable experience in anti-counterfeiting work, both online and offline.
Daniel’s clients have included well known national and international brands in areas such as fashion, retail, sports, cosmetics, finance, pharmaceuticals, banking, and television.
Daniel was a recommended lawyer in the 2016, 2017 and 2018 editions of the Legal 500, and singled out for his ‘client focussed service’.
In his spare time, Daniel likes to spend as much quality time as possible with his wife and young family. He also enjoys music and film. In his distant past he played rugby at a reasonable level, but is lucky if he makes it to the gym once a week these days.
