Drew joined Reddie & Grose’s electronics and software team in 2023, after having previously worked for two other top tier patent attorney firms.
Drew has advised a wide variety of clients including start-ups, SMEs, universities and multinational companies on patent matters in the fields of physics, computing and engineering.
Drew has experience in a wide range of technologies including telecommunications (including extensive experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications relating to 3GPP technologies), AI (including drafting patent applications relating to core AI technologies), cyber security (including drafting patent applications relating to computer security and blockchain technologies), electronics, optoelectronics, laser physics, image processing, photolithography, medical devices, medical imaging, oil & gas technology and mechanical engineering. Clients benefit from Drew’s friendly, hard-working, approach to advising on how best to achieve their commercial goals.
Drew joined the patent profession in 2012 after completing a PhD in the fields of ultrashort laser pulse shaping and biophotonics.
Outside work, Drew works hard to improve his strength and fitness with challenging road cycling and gym sessions.
