Ian Loveless joined Reddie & Grose in 1993 and became a partner in 2000.
Ian has over 25 years’ experience advising on patent work in the physics, mechanical, electrical and electronic fields, integrated circuits, including telecommunications and software and business methods. He has handled technology as diverse as baby’s baths, medical imaging, syringes, CCD sensors, high power RF devices, film scanners, electric motors for vehicles, lab on chip, video coding and GPS.
Ian also has specialist experience in running the firm’s practice management system dealing with everything from client records, deadlines, finances, billing, reporting and CRM. A particular passion is ensuring processes are clear, straightforward and robust.
Ian is in Who’s Who Legal’s list of Global Leaders in the field of patents for 2021.
In his spare time, Ian enjoys sailing and photography. Ian is also a Civilian Instructor at his local Sea Cadet unit where he teaches navigation and dinghy sailing.
