Maggie is responsible for working across all areas of the business, contributing to the efficient operation of the HR Department focussing on the firm’s aim to be an employer of choice and retain the best people. She also has primary responsibility for HR administration, professional development, training, and recruitment.
Maggie’s career spans 25+ years in HR working in professional service firms and education. Maggie understands, and enjoys working with people and providing a service that supports them through their various careers. She has help build a HR Department that continues to support the values of the firm, which is very much based on a family friendly culture of supporting and nurturing our people.
In her spare time Maggie enjoys travelling, cooking and spending time with her family.
