Our Formalities department provides a mixture of client facing and internal support functions for all types of IP right. These range from managing our IP database and the firms deadlines, ensuring smooth handling of all renewal matters and the filing of applications for IP rights around the globe.
Working with all areas of the firm, Matt ensures the team provides optimal, quality support to the firm and its clients, and that we continually seek to improve our processes and service across the department.
